About Bitcoin Victoria Falls

Based in Livingstone, Zambia — home of the majestic Victoria Falls — we are a grassroots movement focused on using Bitcoin as a tool for education, empowerment, and sustainable development.

Our goal is to build a strong Bitcoin circular economy right here in Livingstone by helping individuals, merchants, and communities understand and use Bitcoin in their daily lives. We run practical workshops, onboarding sessions, and community outreach with a focus on real-world use cases.

At the heart of our mission is education. We believe knowledge is power, and financial literacy through Bitcoin can unlock new opportunities for people who have long been excluded from the traditional financial system.

Nchimunya is a dedicated Bitcoin educator with a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Geography from the University of Zambia. Based in Livingstone, he has led community initiatives in Mukuni Village, near Victoria Falls. He promotes Bitcoin as a tool for economic empowerment, focusing on educating rural communities—especially women and youth—about financial inclusion and the digital economy. A graduate of My First Bitcoin (Mi Primer Bitcoin) and Introduction to Bitcoin (The Core), Nchimunya brings both formal training and grassroots impact to his work with Bitcoin Victoria Falls.
